Common questions
How do I join an event?
Tap "Join with a code" on the home screen and enter the 6-character code from the organizer. The event then shows on your home screen with the roster, stations and live leaderboard.
Does every shooter need the app?
No. Organizers can add shooters as guests (name, plus email or phone if they like), and a scorer or team captain enters their scores. A guest can later link their scores to their own account.
What if there is no signal at the range?
Keep scoring. Scores are saved on the phone and sync on their own when signal comes back. The home screen shows Online or Offline, and Settings shows anything still waiting to sync. Don't sign out with scores waiting: they are only on that phone until they sync.
Who can enter or change scores?
The event's owner and organizers, and anyone they made Scorer / RO. In team events, only staff and people who entered that team's private code can score that team. Totals are calculated by the server from each station's rules, never by the phone.
Who can see my scores and profile?
People in the same event see your name, picture or icon, team and scores. Organizers also see payment status. Your Range day guns, range log and target photos are private to you.
What is a dueling tree?
Head-to-head heats: single or double elimination, or pools then playoffs, best of 1, 3 or 5. Range officers record who wins each run; the tree advances itself, and the TV display shows who is on the line and on deck.
